Claude usage hits 100% even when the account is not being used
A Claude account keeps showing 100% usage even though Claude is not being used. The account has been logged out from all devices, and there are no API calls or automated routines running.
No suspicious devices appear in the account. Right after the usage reset, Claude briefly allowed one question and advised contacting Anthropic.
Anthropic has not replied yet. The account owner has only logged in to check the usage meter, then logged out of every device again.
