Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
Trend Radar (the "Service") is operated by FinePocket. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the Service handles data.
1. Personal Data Collection
Trend Radar does not collect direct identifiers such as sign-up data, login credentials, or email addresses. When ad slots are enabled, we may generate a pseudonymous session identifier and attribution fields for performance measurement.
2. Cookies and Tracking
Trend Radar defaults to no third-party ad trackers or external analytics SDKs. However, when NEXT_PUBLIC_AD_MODE=infolinks, NEXT_PUBLIC_INFOLINKS_ENABLED=1, and NEXT_PUBLIC_INFOLINKS_APPROVED=1 are all set, an Infolinks ad script may be loaded and related cookie/data processing follows Infolinks policies. When NEXT_PUBLIC_ADS_ENABLED=1, we also run first-party ad instrumentation and collect limited fields: ad events (pageview/impression/click/revenue), pagePath (without query string), UTM parameters, referrer (without query string), and user-agent.
3. Data We Collect
Trend Radar collects publicly available content from RSS feeds and community platforms such as Reddit and Hacker News. When ad experiments are enabled, we also collect aggregated ad telemetry for service operation and measurement.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share collected data with any third parties.
5. Changes
This policy may be updated as the Service evolves. Significant changes will be announced within the Service.
