Claude is moving into core bank and airline systems
Anthropic and DXC have started a multi-year global alliance. DXC is a large IT services company that runs important systems for banks, airlines, insurers, manufacturers, and government agencies. DXC plans to train tens of thousands of Claude-certified forward-deployed engineers who will work inside customer organizations and bring Claude into those systems.
These systems handle transactions, insurance claims, and daily operations under strict security and compliance rules. Before offering this to customers, DXC used Claude in its own operations across 115,000 employees in 70 countries. Claude generated more than 95% of the code for DXC OASIS, DXC’s new AI-native platform for managed services, with software engineers reviewing the code.
DXC says Claude made software development 10 times faster, and DXC OASIS is already used by more than 50 customers. The first focus areas are insurance, legacy code modernization, cybersecurity, and application maintenance.
