An MCP server is a connector that lets an AI agent such as Claude or ChatGPT work directly with another software product. A person can give normal-language instructions, and the AI can search inside the software or carry out actions without code.

One AI assistant can connect to several MCP servers at the same time, so it can combine tools and data from different places. Mobile Text Alerts has released two MCP servers: Action Server and Knowledge Base Server.

With Action Server, an AI can operate the Mobile Text Alerts platform through natural-language instructions instead of a dashboard or a programmer.
